Process

Audit first. Pilot before build. You own everything.

Five stages, each with a go / no-go. The model is designed so that you never commit to a full build before you have seen evidence.

STAGE 013–5 days

Audit

We trace the whole operation, from first enquiry to finished job, and measure where it leaks. Numbers, not opinions.

  • End-to-end process map
  • Baseline metrics
  • Ranked list of fixes with expected impact

You get: A written audit you own, whether or not you continue.

Audit

Stage by stage

  1. STAGE 01

    Audit

    3–5 days

We trace the whole operation, from first enquiry to finished job, and measure where it leaks. Numbers, not opinions.

    Deliverables

    • End-to-end process map
    • Baseline metrics
    • Ranked list of fixes with expected impact

You get: A written audit you own, whether or not you continue.

  2. STAGE 02

    Pilot

    1 week

The smallest system that proves the fix, on real traffic. One phone line, one form, one workflow.

    Deliverables

    • Working pilot in your accounts
    • Transcripts and logs
    • Go / no-go against the baseline

You get: Evidence before you commit to the full build.

  3. STAGE 03

    Build

    1–2 weeks

The full system, built in your own accounts and repositories. Reviewed weekly, demoed as it grows.

    Deliverables

    • Production system
    • Documentation and handover
    • Security and consent review

You get: Code and accounts you own outright.

  4. STAGE 04

    Launch

    2–3 days

Cutover with a rollback plan. We watch the first days of real use next to you.

    Deliverables

    • Cutover checklist
    • Monitoring and alerts
    • Staff walkthrough

You get: A launch that nobody notices, except the leads.

  5. STAGE 05

    Managed scale

    Ongoing

We run it, tune it, and extend it as the business changes. Monthly numbers, no surprises.

    Deliverables

    • Monthly report
    • Model and prompt updates
    • New workflows as needed

You get: A system that keeps improving instead of decaying.

Principles

  • Nothing is built on a hunch

The audit produces numbers. The pilot tests one fix on real traffic. Only then do we scope the build.

  • You can stop after any stage

Each stage ends with something you own: the audit document, the pilot system, the production build.

  • Weekly demos, not status reports

You see the system grow every week in your own accounts, not a slide about it.

  • Fixed quotes, no hourly meter

The audit sizes the work. The quote is fixed. Scope changes are re-quoted, in writing, before they happen.

Next step

Your next system starts with twenty minutes.

A complimentary audit, run by an engineer. A fixed quote before anything is built. The audit is yours to keep, whichever way you decide.
