What we build

Five kinds of system. Choosing the right one is the work.

JDAI.Solutions is an AI consulting firm in Poland and the United States that designs, builds and runs AI agents, automation, custom software, websites and mobile apps. One team ships all five, so nothing falls between vendors.

Consulting first

Most agencies sell from a list like the one below. We start with an audit of where your revenue is created and where it is lost, then recommend the system actually worth building, which is often not on this list. That is what AI consulting should mean.

The opportunity

The businesses that move first are compounding.

AI is not one product. It is a layer that touches the phone, the website, the CRM and the app. The teams that wire it in now bank the leads their competitors are still losing.

  1. 01AI agents

The phone is the leak most businesses never measure.

Callers who reach voicemail rarely leave a message; they dial the next name. An AI receptionist answers on the first ring, every time, and hands you a qualified lead with a transcript.

  2. 02Web & search

Search is splitting into ten blue links and one AI answer.

ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews cite sites they can read. A JavaScript-only site sends them an empty page. We ship real HTML, schema and answers written to be quoted, so you are the source.

  3. 03Automation

Speed-to-lead is the cheapest advantage left.

The odds of qualifying a lead fall sharply after the first minutes. Automation turns a form submit into a call, a CRM row and a follow-up sequence in seconds, without anyone retyping.

Evidence · Every lead on this site lands in Supabase and alerts us on Telegram before the page finishes loading.

  4. 04All categories

And this is three of nineteen.

Customer-support agents, RAG over your own documents, custom CRMs, loyalty apps, dashboards that replace the Monday spreadsheet. Every one of the nineteen services is a place a competitor is already saving hours or catching leads. The question is which one is yours.

Next · The full list is on the capabilities page. The right first one comes out of a twenty-minute call.

Hear it

This is what your callers would hear.

A demo call to EV, the AI receptionist we built for E-Z Auto Spa 239. Customer calls are private and stay off this site, so this one was placed by us.

How we work

Audit first. Pilot before build. You own everything.

Five stages, each with a go / no-go. Nothing is built on a hunch.

  1. 013–5 days

    Audit

We trace the whole operation, from first enquiry to finished job, and measure where it leaks. Numbers, not opinions.

You get: A written audit you own, whether or not you continue.

  2. 021 week

    Pilot

The smallest system that proves the fix, on real traffic. One phone line, one form, one workflow.

You get: Evidence before you commit to the full build.

  3. 031–2 weeks

    Build

The full system, built in your own accounts and repositories. Reviewed weekly, demoed as it grows.

You get: Code and accounts you own outright.

  4. 042–3 days

    Launch

Cutover with a rollback plan. We watch the first days of real use next to you.

You get: A launch that nobody notices, except the leads.

  5. 05Ongoing

    Managed scale

We run it, tune it, and extend it as the business changes. Monthly numbers, no surprises.

You get: A system that keeps improving instead of decaying.

Security & data

Built like it will be audited. Because it will.

Enterprise buyers ask the same four questions. Here are the answers, and the page that goes deeper.

  • Your accounts, your code

Every system is built inside accounts and repositories you own. Nothing to migrate if we part ways.

  • Consent on every AI call

Recording and AI disclosure announced where the law requires it. Retention set per client.

  • Named sub-processors

Every vendor that touches your data is listed, with region and purpose, on our security page.

  • Least privilege by default

Row-level security on, zero public policies, service keys server-side only. This site is built that way too.

Founders

Two engineers. No account managers in between.

You talk to the people who design, build and run the system. Both of us, on every engagement, in English and Polish.

Why us

Accountable by design.

We started JDAI.Solutions as an AI consulting firm because we kept watching capable organisations lose revenue to problems that are entirely fixable: the call that rang out, the lead that sat in an inbox, the system nobody understood once the vendor left.

None of those are solved by picking something off a list of AI services, which is what most agencies sell. We work the other way round: audit the business first, find where revenue is created and where it is lost, then build only what can be justified on return. That is the consulting, and it decides whether the rest is worth doing.

Staying current is part of that job. Nobody has a decade of experience in this field because the tools are younger than that, so what ships this week is tested on our own systems before it goes near yours.

The engineers who scope your system are the ones who build it and answer for it in production. No delivery team, no account layer in between. We commit only to what we can prove on your data: if a system will not move a number you care about, you hear it in the first meeting, not after the invoice. The code, the accounts and the data are yours from day one.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask before the first call.

01What happens after I ask for an audit?

Twenty minutes with an engineer, not a salesperson. We ask a handful of questions about how work reaches you today and where it slows down. No preparation, no deck, no commitment. At the end we agree what the audit will measure and when you get it, and the audit is yours to keep whether or not anything gets built.

02This field changes every month. How do you stay current?

It is a new field, so nobody has a decade of experience in it and anything architected two years ago is already dated. We read what ships the week it ships, test it on our own systems before a client's, and keep what we run for you on the current version. You never inherit the old approach because your vendor stopped paying attention.

03Why should an enterprise buyer trust a two-engineer firm?

Because the people who scope the system are the people who build, secure and run it. There is no delivery team behind us and no account layer in front of us. Every line of code, every integration and every incident has a named engineer accountable for it, and you have that engineer's direct line.

04Do you publish pricing?

No. Every engagement is scoped after an audit, so a public price would be a guess. You receive a fixed quote before anything is built, and the audit is yours to keep whether or not you continue.

05Who owns the code, the accounts and the data?

You do, from day one. Everything is built inside your own cloud accounts and repositories, under your billing, with your access controls. If we part ways, nothing needs migrating and nothing is held hostage.

06How do you handle security, call recordings and personal data?

Recording and AI disclosure are announced on every call where the law requires it. Data stays in your accounts with row-level security on and service keys server-side only. Every sub-processor is listed with region and purpose on our security page, and we sign a DPA on request.

07What happens after launch?

We run it. Managed scale means monitoring, tuning and extending the system as the business changes, with monthly numbers you can hold us to. Launch is the start of the engagement, not the end of it.

08Why do you show so few case studies?

Most of our work is under NDA, and we do not publish what we are not cleared to publish. What we do show, we show in full: the system, the numbers and a live demo. On a call we can walk you through the rest under NDA.

09What do you guarantee?

Three things, in writing. A go / no-go at every stage, so you never commit to a full build before you have seen evidence on your own traffic. Fixed scope and a fixed quote before the build starts. And if a pilot does not move the number we agreed on, you keep the audit, the pilot and the code, and you owe nothing further.

Next step

Your next system starts with twenty minutes.

A complimentary audit, run by an engineer. A fixed quote before anything is built. The audit is yours to keep, whichever way you decide.
