Privacy policy
What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. Written for people, with the legal basis in brackets where GDPR requires it.
Contact: contact@jdai.solutions. This document is a working draft pending review by counsel; the substance is how we already operate.
01What this covers
This policy covers jdai.solutions and the forms on it. Systems we build and run for clients (AI receptionists, dashboards, automations) process data on behalf of that client under a separate Data Processing Agreement; the client is the controller for that data and their privacy notice applies.
02What we collect on this site
- Audit request form: name, work email, phone number, optional company and message, the language you used, the time of submission, and your IP address and browser string for spam prevention (legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request, Art. 6(1)(b); spam prevention: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Server logs: IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent, kept by our hosting provider for security (legitimate interest).
- No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics scripts, no fingerprinting. If we add privacy-preserving analytics we will say so here first.
03How we use it
To reply to you, to prepare the first call, and to keep the form free of automated abuse. We do not sell personal data and we do not add you to a newsletter. Contact details are used only for the conversation you started.
04Where it goes
Form submissions are stored in a database we control (Supabase, EU or US region per your market) and forwarded to us as a Telegram message so we can reply quickly. The full list of processors is on the sub-processors page.
05How long we keep it
Form submissions: 24 months from your last message with us, then deleted, unless an engagement starts, in which case the contract terms apply. Server logs: 30 days.
06Your rights
Under GDPR (EU/EEA and UK) you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Under US state privacy laws (California, Virginia, Colorado and others) you have comparable rights to know, delete and correct. Email contact@jdai.solutions; we answer within 30 days and never charge for a first request.
EU residents can complain to their supervisory authority; in Poland that is the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).
07AI calls and recordings
Where we run voice agents for clients, the agent identifies itself as automated and announces recording where the law requires consent. Recordings and transcripts belong to the client and follow their retention setting (default 90 days). This site itself does not record calls.
08Changes
We update this page when practice changes and note the effective date at the top. Material changes to how we treat data you already gave us will be emailed to you.
