AI audit
An AI audit of your entire operation, from first enquiry to finished job.
An AI audit is an end-to-end analysis of how a business wins, serves and keeps its customers, measuring where time and revenue are lost at every stage and which of those losses are worth fixing.
Where your customers come from, who answers them and how fast, how quotes turn into work, how the work gets done, and what happens after it is finished. We follow the whole chain, put numbers on each link, and show you where it breaks.
Why all of it
Problems surface in one place and start in another.
A business rarely loses money where it notices the loss. Missed calls look like a phone problem and turn out to be a scheduling problem. Slow quotes look like a sales problem and turn out to be a data problem. A crew stuck in traffic between jobs looks like a staffing problem and turns out to be a routing problem.
Buy a tool for the symptom and the cause stays exactly where it was. That is why we never audit a phone line or an inbox in isolation. We follow a customer through the whole business, because it is the only way to see which fix actually pays.
What we analyse
Every stage a customer passes through, and everything behind it.
In the order your customers experience it.
- 01
Acquisition
Where customers actually come from, which channels bring the ones who pay, and what each channel costs you in money and time.
- 02
First contact
Who answers, how fast, through which channel, and what happens to the enquiry nobody picks up.
- 03
Qualification and quoting
How an enquiry becomes a quote, how long that takes, and where good prospects stall.
- 04
Follow-up
How quickly and how often someone follows up, who owns it, and what becomes of everyone who said "not yet".
- 05
Fulfilment
How the work is scheduled and delivered: lead times, capacity, travel time and distance between jobs, and every handoff between people.
- 06
After the job
Invoicing, reviews, rebooking and referrals, where repeat revenue is won or quietly lost.
- 07
The systems underneath
Every tool, spreadsheet and inbox the work runs through, what gets entered twice, and what nobody measures at all.
- 08
The strategy
Whether the pieces add up: which customers are worth pursuing, where effort goes compared with where revenue comes from, and what the numbers say to do next.
What you get
Three things, in writing.
End-to-end process map
The whole chain as it actually runs, drawn from your real systems and the people who do the work, not from the org chart.
Baseline metrics
The numbers at every stage before anything changes, measured the way a pilot will be measured later.
Ranked list of fixes with expected impact
What to fix first, what each fix is worth and what it takes, including the fixes that would not pay for themselves.
A written audit you own, whether or not you continue.
The document
What the audit document contains.
The contents of every audit document, in reading order. No client's findings appear here.
- 01
Summary
The findings that matter most and the recommendation, on one page.
- 02
The operation today
The end-to-end map, from acquisition to repeat business.
- 03
The numbers
A baseline for every stage, and how each figure was measured.
- 04
Where it breaks
Each loss located in the chain, traced to its cause and sized.
- 05
Strategy
What the numbers say about channels, customers and where effort should go.
- 06
Ranked fixes
Ordered by expected impact, with effort, dependencies and risk.
- 07
What we would not build
The options considered and rejected, and why.
- 08
Pilot proposal
The smallest system that proves the top fix, and the number it has to move.
- 09
Appendix
Data sources, the access used, and the decisions that need you.
How it runs
From a twenty-minute call to a decision.
- 01
Scoping call
Twenty minutes with an engineer, not a salesperson, so we understand the business before the audit starts.
- 02
Scope agreed
Which parts of the business are in scope, who we need to speak to, and when you receive the document.
- 03
The audit
Three to five days inside your systems and with your team, following real customers from first contact to finished job.
- 04
Readout
We walk you through every finding. Then you decide what, if anything, happens next.
After
A decision, not a sales process.
If something is worth building
The next step is a pilot on your real traffic, judged against the baseline. You see evidence before you commit to anything larger.
If nothing is
Then the audit has done its job. You know where the business stands and what not to spend money on, which is worth more than a system that changes nothing.
And if a pilot does not move the number we agreed on, you keep the audit, the pilot and the code, and you owe nothing further.
The full processWho does it
The engineer who audits it architects it.
Every audit is led by Jeremi Jarosz, who designs the architecture for whatever gets built afterwards. No sales team runs the analysis and no delivery team inherits it. The person who traced the problem is accountable for the fix.

Questions buyers ask about an AI audit.
01How is this different from other AI agencies?
Most agencies sell from a fixed list of AI services, so the answer is decided before anyone looks at your business. JDAI.Solutions starts with an audit: where revenue is created, where it is lost, and which of those gaps a system can close. We then build only what can be justified on return, which is why this is consulting rather than a catalogue.
02Is an AI audit only about AI?
No. It analyses the whole operation, and the fixes it ranks are whatever the evidence points to: software, automation, an AI agent, or a change to how the work is organised that needs no technology at all. AI is in the name because it is usually part of the answer, not the only one.
03What do you need from us?
Access to the systems in scope, and time with the people who sell, answer, schedule and deliver, because they know where things break better than any report does. We sign an NDA before touching production data, use read-only access wherever a system allows it, and publish nothing from the audit without your permission.
04Is it the same as an AI readiness assessment?
Related, but it looks in the wrong place. A readiness assessment scores how prepared you are for AI in general. This measures how your business performs today, stage by stage, and ranks the specific changes worth making. You come away with a decision, not a maturity score.
05What if the audit finds nothing worth building?
Then it says so. An audit that always recommends the auditor's own product is a sales call with extra steps. Ours is allowed to conclude that you should build nothing.
06Do we have to build with you afterwards?
No. The document is written so any competent team can act on it. Most of the value is in knowing what to fix. Who fixes it is your call.
Next step
Your next system starts with twenty minutes.

- Reply within one business day
- You talk to an engineer, not a sales team
- Code and accounts stay yours
